Maximilian Civita is a Los Angeles based Brazilian American, trilingual screenwriter, actor, and assistant with experience supporting high-profile film productions and industry professionals. Known for his creativity, organizational skills, adaptability, and strong sense of story, he brings a proven ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced and high-stakes environments.
Between passion projects and professional productions, Maximilian has built a wide range of experience across media:
- As a writer, he holds a screenwriting degree from Loyola Marymount University, has worked in development for several companies, and has written all of Shhhh Productions’ projects.
- As an industry professional, he has worked as a personal assistant, development coordinator, development assistant, writer's assistant, production assistant, writers' room assistant, director's assistant, and translator. Each of these roles was earned professionally through reputable productions.
- As an actor, he made his on-screen debut at just nine months old. Having grown up on set, his passion evolved from modeling, commercials, television, and film to theater, where he performed in numerous plays and trained at Célia Helena Center of Arts and Education.
Despite his varied experience, his greatest creative drive comes from working with his brother as the duo Sasquatch & Slim. Together, they founded Shhhh Productions to serve as a platform for their original work and ongoing collaboration.
